Pitted Olives

They are harvested by hand in September and their ripening takes place in large vats and lasts 3 months. After the ripening period has passed and the olive is ready to be eaten, it is pitted (the pit is removed). Pitted olives are an ideal choice for olive lovers from the start of the morning as a ten-day snack, to the lunch salad to the side dish with the evening cocktail.

Packaging: barrels 220 lt., glass jar 200gr., vacuum 200 gr.
