The organic extra virgin olive oil Sofi of “Kapa Olive Farm” is produced from 100% green olives of Halkidiki and belongs to the highest category of oils that protect against the oxidation of blood lipids in accordance with EU regulation 432/2012.
The substances it contains Oleocanthal 384 mg/Kg. and Olive oil 182 mg/Kg. they are above the average of international olive oil sampling samples and have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties.
According to the chemical analysis carried out at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the total of Polyphenolic Components is 1001mg/Kg.
