Organic Whole Olives

Chalkidiki’s green olives, whole, Organic Farming.
They are harvested by hand in September. They are selected and their maturation takes place naturally in large barrels where it lasts 5 months.
The olives are farming in accordance with the standards of organic agriculture by the BIO HELLAS Certification body. With code GR-BIO-03 and also state taxes (annually), the procedure starts from the olive trees until the final product for consumption.

After the ripening period has passed and the olive is ready to be eaten, it is pitted (the pit is removed) and stuffed with garlic.

Black Almades Olives

Chalkidiki’s olives that ripen black on the trees and are harvested by hand from mid-October to early November as their color has already darkened (turn black).
They aged in plastic barrels (without preservatives) only with the addition of sea salt and the duration is 7 months until consumption.
