Chalkidiki’s chopped green olives by Organic Farming. They are harvested by hand in September. They are selected and their maturation takes place naturally in large barrels, where it lasts 5 months. The olives are grown in accordance with the standards of organic farming and annual inspections by the BIO HELLAS Certification Body. With code GR-BIO-03 but also state fees (annually) the procedure starts from the olive trees to the final product for consumption. After the ripening period has passed, the olives are crushed in a special machine and packed with organic oregano and paprika. An ideal choice for lovers of the Mediterranean diet, from the start of the morning, as a ten-day snack, to the midday salad and to the side dish with the evening cocktail.
