Black Almades Olives

Chalkidiki’s olives that ripen black on the trees and are harvested by hand from mid-October to early November as their color has already darkened (turn black).
They aged in plastic barrels (without preservatives) only with the addition of sea salt and the duration is 7 months until consumption.
