Almades black bio olives
Chalkidiki’s organic olives from organic farms that ripen again on the trees and are harvested by hand from mid-October to early November as their color has already darkened (they turn black)
They are aged in plastic barrels (without preservatives) only with the addition of salt and is needed 7 months until consumption. With the traditional way of ripening and using only salt, the olives become unique for their fruity taste and high energy value. The olives are farming in accordance with the standards of organic farming with annual inspections by the BIO HELLAS Certification Body.
With code GR-BIO-03 but also state fees (annually) the procedure starts from the olive trees to the final product for consumption.
An ideal choice for lovers of the Mediterranean diet, from the start of the morning, as a ten-day snack, to the midday salad and to the side dish with the evening cocktail.
