CHALKIDIKI’S GREEN OLIVES FILLED WITH ALMONDS:
They are harvested by hand in September and ripened in large vats for 3 months.
After the ripening period has passed and the olive is ready to be eaten, it is pitted ( the pit is removed) and filled with almonds.
Stuffed olives with almonds are an ideal choice for lovers from the beginning of the morning, as a small snack, to the lunch salad to accompany the evening cocktail
