They are harvested by hand in September and their ripening takes place in large vats and lasts 3 months.
After the ripening period has passed and the olive is ready to be eaten, it is pitted ( the pit is removed) and stuffed with Florina’s pepper.
An ideal choice for olive lovers, from the start of the morning, as a ten-day snack, to the midday salad and to the side dish with the evening cocktail.
